Follow the steps below to create your DMLY account and start using the platform.
Step 1: Sign Up
Go to https://dmly.io/
Click Sign Up or Get Started.
You’ll be redirected to the DMLY signup page. Enter the following details:
Business Name
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Password
Phone Number
Tick the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Register.
After registration, you’ll be prompted to create your first workspace.
Enter a Workspace Name (e.g., your business name, branch, or department).
Click Create Workspace.
A workspace represents a single business, brand, or team within DMLY. You can manage multiple workspaces under one account, making it easy to separate conversations, automations, and contacts for different teams or clients.
To verify your email address:
Check your inbox for the verification email from DMLY.
Click the Verify Email button in the message.
Return to the DMLY platform.
Click Already Verified to complete the registration process.
You’re All SetYour DMLY account is now active. You can start connecting channels, setting up automations, and managing customer conversations right away.
