Go to the Contacts SectionFrom your DMLY dashboard:
Click Contacts in the left sidebar.
Filter for Failed or Undeliverable ContactsUse the filter option:
Toggle the “Message Undeliverable / Failed Contacts” filter.
This will display only contacts where WhatsApp message delivery failed.
Failed contacts are marked with a
warning or exclamation icon.
Check the Error ReasonHover your cursor over the warning icon next to the contact.
