Connect your Zoom account so that meetings are created and kept up to date automatically for the appointments and classes you schedule.
The Zoom integration links your own Zoom account to your workspace. Once connected, when a customer books an appointment or class that is set to meet over Zoom, a Zoom meeting is created automatically, its join link is added to the booking, and the meeting is kept in sync if the booking is rescheduled or cancelled. Meetings are created under your own Zoom account and settings.
The connection is performed through Client Connect, the OAuth integration layer operated by Client Path, LLC that handles the Zoom authorization on this product's behalf. You will see “Client Connect” on the Zoom consent screen during authorization.
A Zoom account that can create meetings.
Permission to install apps on that Zoom account (or an account admin to approve it).
Sign in to your workspace and open Integrations.
Find Zoom and select Connect.
You are redirected to Zoom and shown the permissions the app requests (see Data & permissions below). Review them and select Allow.
Zoom returns you to your workspace and the Zoom integration now shows as connected. No manual copying of meeting links is required.
Set an offering, appointment type, or class to meet over Zoom as its location.
When a customer books it, a Zoom meeting is created automatically and the join link is attached to the booking confirmation.
If the booking is rescheduled, the Zoom meeting's time is updated to match. If it is cancelled, the meeting is removed.
You can disconnect at any time, in either of two ways:
From your workspace: open Integrations → Zoom and select Disconnect. The app revokes its access token with Zoom and deletes the stored credentials.
From Zoom: go to the Zoom App Marketplace → Manage → Added Apps (or your Zoom account’s Installed Apps), find the app, and select Remove. Zoom notifies the app, which then deletes that account’s stored Zoom tokens.
After removal, no further Zoom meetings are created for your bookings until you reconnect.
user:read — to identify the connected Zoom account and show which account is linked.
meeting:write — to create, update, and delete the meetings scheduled through your workspace.
The app only manages the meetings tied to your bookings. It does not read your existing meetings, contacts, or recordings. Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are deleted when you disconnect or remove the app.
