Workspace Settings allow you to manage security, team access, notifications, data, integrations, and system logs for a specific workspace. These settings help you control how your workspace operates and how data is managed.
To access Workspace Settings:
Log in to DMLY
Select a workspace
Navigate to Settings
Workspace settings are grouped into General and Others sections.
Manage security-related options for your workspace.
You can:
Update login security preferences
Change passwords (user-level)
Ensure only authorized users can access the workspace
This helps protect your workspace from unauthorized access.
Configure general account-related preferences linked to the workspace.
You can:
Review workspace configuration details
Manage default behavior for the workspace
Manage users who have access to the workspace.
You can:
Invite new team members
Assign roles (Owner, Administrator, Staff)
Apply granular access restrictions
Remove users from the workspace
Only assigned users can access workspace data.
View and manage subscription details associated with the workspace.
You can:
Check your current plan
Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
Review billing-related information
Only Owners and Administrators can access this section.
Manage structured data used across the workspace.
You can:
View saved data lists
Maintain datasets used for automation, segmentation, or messaging
Customize workspace menus used in conversations or automation flows.
You can:
Edit menu items
Adjust options shown to customers
Control navigation within chat experiences
Configure notification preferences for workspace activity.
You can:
Enable or disable alerts
Control how users are notified about messages, assignments, and system events
Notification behavior applies per user based on their profile settings.
Change the name of the workspace.
You can:
Update the workspace name at any time
Use meaningful names for teams, departments, or clients
This does not affect existing data or conversations.
Permanently delete the workspace and all associated data.
Warning:
This action is irreversible. All conversations, contacts, channels, and settings will be permanently removed.
Only the Owner can delete a workspace.

View webhook requests sent by DMLY

Debug integration issues
