The Contacts section in DMLY is where you manage, organize, and interact with all your leads, subscribers, and customers across connected channels. It provides a centralized view of contact data, activity, stages, and engagement history — helping you build smarter campaigns and automation workflows.
Contacts List ViewThe List View gives you a structured table of all your contacts with key details at a glance.
Each contact record shows:
Name – Contact’s display name
Contact – Phone number or social handle
Stage – Current lifecycle stage (e.g., Lead, Subscriber, Customer, Opportunity)
Last Activity – Most recent interaction timestamp
Tags – Applied labels for segmentation
Actions – Quick action buttons
Channel icons (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, etc.) appear beside the contact to indicate where the contact originated or interacts.
Filtering & Search OptionsDMLY allows advanced filtering to quickly locate specific contacts.
Search Contacts – Search by name, number, or handle
Channels – Filter by WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, etc.
Select Stage – Filter by lifecycle stage
Search Tags – Filter contacts by assigned tags
Exclude Tags – Exclude contacts with specific tags
Date Range – Filter contacts created within a specific period
