Tip: This is especially useful when looking for a specific customer interaction or reviewing past messages.
Filtering ConversationsDMLY allows you to narrow down conversations using multiple filtering options.
Filter by TagsIf you use Contact Tags, you can filter conversations by specific tags.

This helps you segment conversations by customer type, campaign source, or behavior.
Filter by Assigned Team MemberYou can filter conversations based on the team member handling them.

Using Conversation FoldersDMLY automatically organizes chats into built-in folders:
All Chats – Displays all conversations
Unread – Conversations that haven’t been opened

Unassigned – Conversations not yet assigned to any team member
Open – Ongoing active conversations
Closed – Completed conversations
