DMLY offers a 7-day free trial so you can explore the platform and experience its full capabilities before committing to a paid subscription.

Here’s everything you need to know about how the trial works.

What Plan Does the Free Trial Include?

The free trial is based on the Starter Plan.

This means during your trial, your account follows the Starter Plan structure, including:

• Up to 3 Agents

• 1,000 Contacts

• 1 Workspace

• Starter-level usage limits

Trial Duration

• The free trial lasts 7 days

• The countdown starts from the moment your trial is activated

• After 7 days, you will need to upgrade to continue using DMLY

Full Feature Access

Even though the trial is based on the Starter Plan, you get access to all features available on the platform during the trial period.

This includes:

• Omnichannel Inbox

• Automation Workflows

• Broadcast Messaging

• Tags & Segmentation

• Custom Attributes

• AI Bots

• Reports & Analytics

• CSAT Surveys

What You Can Do During the Trial

During your 7-day trial, you can:

You can use the platform just like a paying customer within Starter limits.

What Happens After the Trial Ends?

At the end of the 7-day period:

• You will need to select and activate a paid plan

• Your data (contacts, conversations, automations) remains saved

• You can upgrade to Growth or Premium at any time

If no upgrade is made, account access may be restricted until a subscription is activated.
