DMLY partners with Stripe to provide secure, transparent, and automated billing. Every payment, renewal, upgrade, or add-on purchase generates a detailed invoice and receipt for your records.

This guide explains how invoices work, where to find them, and how to download them.

How Billing Works

• All subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe

• You are billed according to your selected plan (monthly or yearly)

• Add-ons are billed alongside your main subscription

• WhatsApp API usage (if applicable) is billed separately by Meta

When a payment is completed, Stripe automatically generates:

• An Invoice

• A Payment Receipt

What Is an Invoice?

An invoice includes:

• Invoice number

• Billing period

• Plan name

• Subtotal

• Discounts (if applied)

• Final total

• Payment status

• Payment date

Invoices are useful for:

• Accounting records

• Expense reporting

• Tax documentation

• Company reimbursements

What Is a Receipt?

A receipt confirms that:

• The invoice has been paid

• The payment was successfully processed

• The transaction amount

• The payment date

Receipts serve as proof of payment.

How to View and Download Invoices

Step 1: Go to Manage Subscription

Navigate to:

Settings → Manage Subscription

Step 2: Click "Manage Billing"

You will be redirected to your secure Stripe billing portal.

Step 3: View Invoice History

In the Invoice History section, you can see:

• Invoice date

• Amount

• Payment status (Paid / Pending)

• Plan type

Step 4: Download Documents

Click:

• Download invoice

• Download receipt

Documents are available as PDF files.

Invoice History

Your invoice history includes:

• Subscription renewals

• Trial invoices

• Plan upgrades

• Add-on purchases

• Discounted or promotional invoices

Even $0.00 invoices (such as trial or discounted billing periods) are recorded for transparency.

Discounts & Coupons

If a coupon or promotional discount is applied:

• The invoice will show the original price

• The discount value

• The adjusted total

• Final amount charged.

This ensures full billing clarity.

Automatic Renewals

DMLY subscriptions renew automatically based on your billing cycle:

• Monthly plans renew every month

• Yearly plans renew every year

Your next billing date is displayed in your subscription overview.

Updating Billing Information

From the Stripe billing portal, you can:

• Add or update payment methods

• Update billing name and email

• Download past invoices

• View payment history

All updates are securely handled by Stripe.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

• DMLY does not store your credit card details
