At DMLY, we provide flexible subscription management while ensuring fair and transparent billing practices. Below is how cancellations, refunds, upgrades, and downgrades are handled.
Cancelling Your SubscriptionYou can cancel your subscription at any time.
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription
Click Manage Billing
Select Cancel Subscription in the billing portal
Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
You will not be charged for the next renewal.
No cancellation fees apply.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund.
Refund Policy
3-Day Refund WindowWe process refunds only for purchases made within 3 days (72 hours) of payment.
Refund requests must be submitted within this timeframe.
Requests made after 3 days are generally not eligible.
Annual Subscription RefundsIf you paid annually:
Refunds are calculated based on unused months.
The used portion of the subscription is deducted.
The remaining unused months are refunded on a prorated basis.
Refund eligibility still falls within the 3-day refund window for new purchases.
Example:
If you used 2 months of an annual plan, you will be refunded for the remaining 10 unused months (if eligible).
Upgrades & Downgrades (Prorated)All plan upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically.
When UpgradingYou only pay the price difference for the remaining time in your billing cycle.
Your new limits and features activate immediately.
Example:
If you upgrade halfway through your monthly cycle, you are charged only for the remaining half at the new plan’s rate difference.
When DowngradingAny unused balance from your current plan is credited.
The downgrade adjustment is applied proportionally for the remainder of your billing period.
The lower plan’s pricing applies moving forward.
Proration ensures you are charged fairly based on actual usage time.
Add-On AdjustmentsAdd-ons (such as additional contacts, agents, or workspaces) are also prorated when:
Added mid-cycle
Reduced mid-cycle
You only pay for the time they are active.
Refund ProcessingIf a refund is approved:
It is returned to your original payment method.
Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
All payments and refunds are securely handled via Stripe.
Non-Refundable ItemsRefunds are not provided for:
Requests outside the 3-day window
Fully used billing periods
WhatsApp API fees billed directly by Meta
Consumed usage beyond subscription limits
SummarySubscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase.
Annual plans are refunded for unused months (if eligible).
Upgrades and downgrades are fully prorated.
Add-ons are prorated when adjusted mid-cycle.
