Managing Your Profile

Your profile in DMLY contains your personal information, login details, and preferences. Keeping your profile up to date helps ensure smooth communication, secure access, and a personalized experience.

Updating Personal Information

You can update your basic profile details at any time.

Steps

1. Login to your DMLY dashboard

2. Go to Settings > Team Members

3. Click on the Edit button beside your name

4. Edit the following fields as needed:

   • First Name

   • Last Name

   • Email Address

   • Phone Number

5. Click Save Changes to apply updates.

Your email address is used for login and notifications. Make sure it is valid and accessible.

Changing Your Password

For security reasons, it’s recommended to update your password periodically.

Steps

1. Go to the Settings > Account Security

2. Enter your current password.

3. Set a new password.

4. Click Update Password.

Use a strong password that you do not reuse elsewhere.

Profile Preferences

Profile preferences control how you interact with DMLY.

Common Preferences Include:

• Business Name

• Location (Country)

• Time zone settings

• Billing Currency

Steps

1. Open the Settings > Account Settings section.

2. Adjust settings based on your needs.

3. Save your changes.

NOTE: You can set your Platform Language from the language dropdown at the main menu
