Messages stop syncing
Permissions were modified in Meta
Access tokens expire
Business details are changed
You encounter authorization errors
Reconnecting refreshes permissions and restores proper communication between DMLY and the messaging platform.
Your channels should now be fully operational again. If issues persist after reconnection, verify platform permissions in Meta Business Manager or your Telegram Bot settings.
